Mid Level Marketing was created to serve the unique needs of Community Banks and smaller
Life Insurance Companies in the areas of Sales Training and Distribution. MLM can save you tens of thousands of dollars
by allowing you to tap into the wealth of experience of our Managing Partners –
without adding a penny to your fixed expenses. We work only on a consulting basis – typically for 3, 6, or 12 month
terms – and quickly tailor and execute a program designed to help you meet and
exceed your objectives in a given area. While
serving as a consultant to a major third-party marketing group, our President,
Frank McCarthy, found there were other consultants on-board with this company,
each with his or her own area of expertise. The company’s goal was a major launch of a Single Premium Life product
in banks across the country. While Mr.
McCarthy was hired to create and implement all aspects of Sales Training, other
consultants were brought in to offer their expertise in areas such as Strategic
Distribution, Financial and Sales Forecasts, Marketing Support Services,
Graphic Design, and Advanced Marketing. Each was hired under a separate agreement. And throughout the launch period of about a
year, not everyone’s services were needed all the time; yet compensation was
paid to each consultant every month. Seeing this,
Frank decided to create a consulting firm made up of individuals with a broad
range of expertise in all major areas relative to the distribution of life and
annuity products to the bank, brokerage, and independent agent markets. Each consultant, while maintaining his or her
own private practice, functions as a Managing Partner for Mid Level Marketing. Each is available to be
brought in for a day, a week, a month, or longer, for any assignment in which
Mid Level Marketing was engaged. The
benefit for the client is the ability to tap into the expertise of several
experienced professionals through just one contract with Mid Level Marketing. This keeps our client’s costs
lower and allows them access to senior level experience in both sales and
distribution, through just one contract. |
